Passion for Building a Strong Brand

by

When I was recently asked what I’m most passionate about in my career, I couldn’t help but answer – “Building a brand!”

But what exactly does that mean to me?

To me, building a brand is about more than just creating a logo or catchy tagline. It’s about establishing a solid foundation built on the shoulders of strong leaders who, in turn, coach and empower their teams to deliver our message.

Here’s what it means to me:

  1. Leadership Excellence: A brand is only as strong as the leaders behind it. I’m passionate about nurturing and developing leaders who not only lead but inspire and mentor their teams to greatness.
  1. Clear Communication: Building a brand involves crafting a message that resonates with our audience. It’s about making sure that every team member understands and can effectively communicate our brand’s values, mission, and vision.
  1. Consistency is Key: A strong brand is consistent across every touchpoint, from onboarding to customer interactions to marketing materials. I’m passionate about ensuring that every aspect of our brand reflects who we are and what we stand for.

  1. Empowering Teams: Empowered teams are the backbone of a successful brand. I’m committed to providing the tools, training, and support needed to help our teams excel and deliver our message with pride.
  1. Adaptability: In today’s ever-evolving world, a brand must be adaptable. I’m excited about staying at the forefront of service and hospitality, so we can continue to innovate and remain relevant.

Building a brand is a journey, and I’m thrilled to be on this journey with a team of dedicated leaders who share this passion at Ancient Lore Village. Together, we’ll not only create a strong brand but also leave a lasting impact on our industry and community.

Thank you Marina Alex for coaching our leaders to learn about Agile Leadership and Self Organizing Teams.
