Our quaint Village accommodates a total of 50 sleeping guests on-site. With two separate areas of lodging on the property, Village Gardens and Elven Grove, we provide 14 separate dwellings with 18 private bedrooms and bathrooms total. When you stay overnight with us at Ancient Lore Village, you’ll discover that all reservations are package-based. You can discover our packages below.

THEMED LUXURY DWELLINGS

Experience a lively, enchanting stay amidst the blooms in the Village Gardens! With the community fire pit, Gremlin Gameyard, and Bokee’s Golf Challenge all nearby, you’re in the middle of the Village where people gather and connect. In this area, you’ll also find rentable venue spaces and it’s just a short walk to Boyd Hollow Falls.

With a total of 7 dwellings, Village Gardens offers the ability to sleep 22 people with nine private bedrooms and bathrooms.

At Elven Grove, enjoy the quieter side of the Village! Tucked in next to our enchanted forest – and close to Iqor’s Axe Throwing Range and Armagh’s Archery Range – you’ll discover some beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains!

With a total of 7 dwellings, Elven Grove offers the ability to sleep 28 people with nine private bedrooms and bathrooms by way of two Luxury Elven Treehouses, three single Elven Treehouses, and two Family Dwellings [Fairy and Orc].

What amenities are included in Overnight Stays?

We strive to provide the ultimate experience for our guests. All guests can enjoy:

What on-site activities are available?

Our retreat-style getaway has limited on-site activities, including Iqor’s Axe Throwing Range, Armagh’s Archery Range, a Gremlin Gameyard, Nature Trails, and Bokee’s Golf Challenge (all paid activities) – and plenty of gardens, trees, and seating to cozy up with a book.

Do the accommodations have accessibility features?

Orc Home is the only accommodation that is an ADA accessible room, however there are accessible bathrooms and paths around the property.

Can I request a specific lodging option?

Yes, you can request a specific lodging option during the reservation process, subject to availability. Visit our Reservations portal to see available lodging options.

When are Check-in & Check-Out Times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

If you’d like to request an early or late check-in or check-out, you can make a special request when you book. Please note that special requests can’t be guaranteed. Ancient Lore Village is a limited service boutique destination.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

You have up to 7 days prior to arrival to change the date of your stay to another date within 30 days. Any cancellation within 7 days of arrival will result in a full forfeiture of your deposit. Please contact us at 865-200-2434 if you need assistance modifying or cancelling a reservation.

How can I see the activities and events available during my stay?

We strive to provide unique experiences with every stay. Visit our Discover page for currently available activities and packages and visit our Event Calendar to see upcoming events.

Are there pet-friendly lodging options?

Family dwellings are our only pet friendly accommodations, and a pet deposit and fee will apply to stays with pets.

What dining options are available?

We now offer hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day by reservation. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and they can be made by phone or during the online booking process. Several lodging packages come with at least one meal.
