Melissa is a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 30 years of leadership in large-scale resort development and operations. As CEO of Boyd Hollow Resorts, she leads the company’s vision, strategic growth, brand expansion, and Hospitality with Purpose initiatives.

VP Brand and Business Development
Micah is a brand strategist and creative leader specializing in immersive storytelling, experiential branding, and business development. He leads sales and marketing for Ancient Lore Village as well as business development for future concepts across the Boyd Hollow Resorts portfolio.
Olivia McGhee
GM - Ancient Lore Village
Olivia is a seasoned hospitality leader with more than 30 years of experience in operations and leadership across multiple industries. As General Manager of Ancient Lore Village, she oversees daily operations, team leadership, guest experience, and financial performance.
