Event and Pass Policies
- Reservations: Reservations for events or activities must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For same-day availability, please contact Guest Services at 865-200-2434.
- Age and Safety Requirements: Guests must meet the minimum age requirement (10 years or older for certain activities like Axe Throwing and Archery). Closed-toe shoes are required, and weather-appropriate attire is recommended, as our venue is primarily outdoors.
- Dietary Requests: Special dietary requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. While we aim to accommodate preferences, please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, and cross-contamination is possible.
- Seating: For group reservations, please book for your entire party to ensure seating together. Assigned seating will be provided for many events upon arrival.
- Photography and Videography: By purchasing a pass or attending any event at Ancient Lore Village, you consent to being photographed or videotaped for marketing and promotional purposes.
