Event & Pass Policies:

Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For same-day availability, contact Guest Services at 865-200-2434.

Guests must meet the minimum age requirement (10 years or older for certain activities like Axe Throwing and Archery). Closed-toe shoes are required, and weather-appropriate attire is recommended, as the venue is primarily outdoors.

Special dietary requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. While we aim to accommodate preferences, note that cross-contamination is possible as our kitchen handles common allergens.

For group reservations, book for your entire party to ensure seating together. Assigned seating will be provided for many events upon arrival.

By purchasing a pass or attending an event at Ancient Lore Village, you consent to being photographed or videotaped for marketing purposes.

Events, meals, and activities often take place in weatherized outdoor spaces. Please dress accordingly.

By attending this event or entering the premises, guests acknowledge that Ancient Lore Village, its affiliates, employees, and representatives are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during their visit. Guests assume all risks associated with activities and presence on the property. Exercise caution and follow safety guidelines.
